So if you like the outdoor's and are over 40 and under 55,would like to welcome you to this group. The goal is to get people who are interested in the same activities, mostly Mountain biking,but there will be other events ,such as Kayaking. Most of the events will be on the intermediate side, but will throw in some easy events here and there....the intention is to stay as fit as possible,and have a blast while doing it!

Looking for friends to join me on day trips to the beach, Mackworth Island, any other great hiking or riding destinations. Bring a lunch, water, maybe a swim suit as the weather gets warmer. We will try to plan destinations with some sort of rest facility. Rides would ideally be 15-30 miles round trip. Maybe we could start with shorter rides and build as a group. Daryl and Dean (creators of Trekking Gourmets in MA) travel often to the Mount Washing Valley region of New Hampshire. Our Trekking generally involves cross-country ski touring, skate skiing, and snow shoeing in the winter, and mountain/road biking, hiking, and river-tubing or kayaking when those warm winds blow in the summer.
